Jalapeno Popper Dip Appetizer
I made this Jalapeno Popper Dip for a party and it was devoured in a matter of minutes. Very easy to make! And, oh so delicious!
I didn’t keep track of the exact measurements but it was something like this:
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Sour Cream
(I used these three shredded cheeses but you can use one or all or some other kind. But probably about a 1 ½ – 2 cups of shredded cheese.)
Green Onion (optional)
6 Jalapeno Peppers (remove seeds – if you like it HOT go ahead and keep some of the seeds)
1 T Ranch Seasoning
1/4 c Panko Bread Crumbs
6 slices Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
¼ c Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Roast the peppers in the oven on a cookie sheet for a few minutes.
Mix all the cheeses, sour cream, mayo, ranch seasoning & onion together.
Chop peppers and add to cheese mixture.
Mix together the bread crumbs, crumbled bacon & parmesan and layer on top of the cheese mixture.
Put in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes….or until bubbly.
Serve with Tortilla Chips and or Ritz crackers.
Seriously folks, this is so yummy!! I will double the recipe when I make this for our Superbowl Party.
I tried to take pictures of the dip but everyone was dipping into it so fast that the above photo was all I could get.
Happy Jalapeno Popper Dip making to you 😀
